Kasha hails from Oxford, Ohio but has spent the last twenty years calling the vibrant South Florida her home. She's deeply involved with the Living Word Christian Community church, teaching new members and singing in the Praise Team. Her drive to help others extends beyond church activities; she's volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, The Lupus Foundation, The Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, Feeding South Florida, and Urban Youth Impact, making a real difference in her community.

Pursuing her passion for Emotional Intelligence, Kasha is currently studying at Florida Atlantic University, working towards her EQ Coach Certification. By day, she excels as a Customer Service Supervisor in Deerfield Beach, FL, where her leadership skills come to the forefront.

At home, Kasha's life is enriched by her husband and adult son, with whom she shares a close and supportive relationship. Kasha's journey is marked by a commitment to growth, community service, and the power of empathy, making her a true asset to her community and an inspiration to those around her.
